Welcome to AWM Love (www.awmlove.com), a matchmaking and date coaching service operated by AWM Love LLC. By accessing or using our website, purchasing any service, or participating in any matchmaking or coaching activities, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.
1. Services Offered
AWM Love provides bespoke matchmaking services, date coaching, and related relationship guidance. Services may include:
• Personalized matchmaking
• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Group workshops or webinars
• Email or phone consultations
All services are tailored based on information you provide. We do not guarantee romantic success, matches, or relationships.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are legally single and not in a committed relationship.
• All information you provide is accurate, honest, and up to date.
• You are using the services for personal purposes only.
3. No Guarantees
AWM Love does not guarantee the success of any match or coaching outcome. Results vary based on individual effort, chemistry, and circumstances beyond our control. We provide guidance and introductions, not outcomes.
4. Payment & Refunds
All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via approved methods.
• Matchmaking Services: Due to the nature of personalized services, all matchmaking payments are non-refundable once the search process has begun.
• Date Coaching: Refunds for coaching may be granted if canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the session.
• Digital products and workshops are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. User Conduct
You agree to:
• Treat all individuals introduced to you with respect and courtesy.
• Not harass, stalk, or behave inappropriately toward any individual you meet through AWM Love.
• Notify us immediately of any misconduct or safety concerns.
We reserve the right to remove you from our client list at any time, without refund, for violating this policy.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information and communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we may use anonymized client data to improve our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site—including articles, branding, images, videos, and service materials—is the property of AWM Love LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWM Love LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including failed matches, emotional distress, or time spent.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to binding arbitration in the State of California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
