I'm Cassindy Chao — former Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan investment banker, married mother of three, and a 3rd-generation Chinese matchmaker with 35 years of experience. I started matchmaking at Wellesley, long before it became my business.
I know what it means to navigate love with cultural expectations, a demanding career, and a real desire for something lasting — I've lived it, and I've helped hundreds of others through it. My clients are UHNW and accomplished professionals across SF, LA, and NYC who are done with the apps and ready for something real.
As a third-generation 紅娘 (Asian Matchmaker), I founded AWM Love to bring old-world intention to modern dating. I don't run an algorithm — I get to know you, then find the person your instincts, and your parents, would approve of.
