The Priority Network Interview

Stand Out & Be Chosen

Nobody enjoys online dating. The people who do well at it are not luckier than you. They are better at being seen and know what matters.

Ninety minutes with a matchmaking team who read and create profiles for a living. We rebuild how you show up online, hand you the tools to be seen, and put your name at the front of our list when our private clients come looking.

You are not wrong about the apps

They are exhausting, shallow, and built to keep you swiping rather than to get you married. We are not going to tell you otherwise.

But this is still where most people meet. Stanford researchers found that by 2017, meeting online had become the most common way couples in the United States meet, ahead of friends, work and school. Walking away does not improve your odds. It just removes you from the pool.

The people doing well out there are not luckier. They have worked out how to be chosen. That is a skill, and it happens to be our job.

The blind spots you cannot see

You are accomplished. Your profile is not.

It is hard to write about yourself. Perhaps your profile says what you do, but not who you are. You match with people, conversations fade at message four, and the person you actually want to meet never sees you properly.

We read profiles for a living, yours and theirs. We are in the market talking to singles daily. We can tell which photo is costing you matches, which line is quietly attracting the wrong people, and why your opening messages are not landing with the right people.

You are too close to your own profile to see any of it. We are not.

What we fix

  • Up to eight photos ranked in order, and a straight answer on the one to cut
  • What to shoot next if there is a gap
  • Two bios written in your own voice, built to attract attention from the right people
  • Which apps are worth your time and how to set your filters
  • How to open a conversation so it actually gets a reply
  • How to spot the ones who will waste your time, before you spend it

None of this expires. None of it depends on us.

Ninety minutes. Mostly listening.

Most of this time is me listening. Not to a questionnaire. To you.

Who you are actually looking for, and how that has changed over the years. Why finding this person matters to you now, in a way it perhaps did not at thirty. What your family hopes for, and what you want regardless of that. The relationship you grew up watching, and whether you want to repeat it or do the opposite.

And then the question almost nobody gets asked. How do you want to feel when that person is sitting beside you? Safe. Lighter. Like you can finally stop performing. Tell me that, and I will understand more about who you need than any list of preferences could tell me.

I do not rush this part. Most people have been carrying these answers around on their own for a long time, and saying them out loud to someone who is genuinely listening tends to clarify them. More than once, someone has reached the end of our ninety minutes and told me they had never put it that way before.

This is also the part that makes everything else work. I cannot rebuild how you come across until I understand what I am representing. And I cannot put your name forward to one of our private clients until I can say, with real confidence, exactly who you are and what would make you happy.

And then something else happens

Once we understand you that well, we are no longer only fixing a profile. We are in a position to go looking on your behalf.

You move to the front of our list

AWM Love is retained by a small number of private clients who are serious about marriage. When we search for them, we always search our own network first.

Most people in that network are a name, a photo and a form. We cannot advocate for someone we have never spoken to. But we have just spent ninety minutes with you, so you are not a form. You are a person we can think of by name.

In Chinese tradition, a red envelope is a gift of good fortune, given by hand, to someone chosen.

At AWM Love, a Red Envelope Introduction is a personal, matchmaker screened introduction from our private network. Not an algorithm. Not a swipe. A phone call from us, because we thought of you.

Everyone who completes the interview joins the Red Envelope Priority List for San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.

How it works

1

You tell us who you are.

Before we meet, you send us up to eight photos you are currently using on the apps, along with the bio you are running now. You also complete the same intake our private clients fill out.

2

The deep dive. Ninety minutes with Cassindy for the interview, and Dana on your profile write up.

The listening described above, in full. Your history, your family, your values, what you have tried, what keeps happening, who you are hoping to find, and how you want to feel once you have found them.

Then we put your photos up and go through them together, one by one. Which one is quietly costing you matches, what order they belong in, and what to shoot if there is a gap. We go over your dating history, what has worked and what has not, cultural nuances, and your goals. All of it matters, and we share ideas as we go. You will hear it straight.

This is the same interview we run with our private clients. It is why we can fix how you come across, and why we can put you forward afterwards.

3

Your two bios, within one week.

We write you two short bios in your own voice, version one and version two, built to attract the right kind of attention. Use either, use both, or swap between them and see which one pulls. They are yours to keep and use anywhere.

4

You join the Red Envelope Priority List.

What we will not promise

We cannot promise you a person. Anyone who does is selling you something.

What we can do is move the odds. A profile that represents you properly gets seen by better people. Knowing how to open, and when to stop, saves you months. And when one of our private clients is looking for someone like you, being a person we know rather than a form in a database is the difference between an introduction and nothing at all.

That profile is also a way to introduce yourself more generally. Dating does not happen only online, and knowing how to present yourself carries into every room you walk into. We are here to help you optimize your chances.

Nothing is guaranteed. But working at this improves your chances. Knowledge is power.

This is for you if

  • You want a serious relationship, not something casual
  • You are on the apps already, or willing to be
  • You can take honest feedback, including about your photos
  • You would rather be known by a matchmaker than be a profile in a pile

This is not for you if

  • You want us to run your apps for you and deliver dates to you. That is our Dating Concierge program.
  • You are looking for a guaranteed introduction
  • You want results without changing your approach

Questions

What exactly do I get for $1,500?

A ninety minute deep dive with Cassindy, your dating app photos reviewed together on the call, two written bios in your inbox within a week, a strategy you can run yourself, and a place on the Red Envelope Priority List.

What if I never get an introduction?

Then you still have a profile that works, two bios you own, and a clear idea of what you have been doing wrong. That part is not a maybe, and it is most of what people come back and thank us for.

Why two bios?

Because the first one is rarely the last word. Run version one, give it a week, then try version two and see which brings you better people. You keep both.

How is this different from joining your free database?

The free database has your form. The Priority List has your story. We cannot advocate for someone we have never spoken to.

I have tried a profile writer before. How is this different?

A copywriter makes your profile sound good. An experienced matchmaker knows who is reading it, what makes them stop, and what makes them swipe past. We spend our days on both sides of that decision, with the kind of people you actually want to attract.

Which apps?

Hinge, Bumble, The League, Raya, Coffee Meets Bagel and others. The bios are written to work across them.

I am not in SF, LA or NYC.

The profile work and the bios work wherever you are. Red Envelope priority applies to our three home cities.

Is this confidential?

Completely. Seen only by our team, never posted anywhere public.

Stop leaving it to chance.

Ninety minutes changes the odds.
