Refund

At AWM Love , we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized matchmaking and coaching services. Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Matchmaking Services
All purchases of matchmaking packages are non-refundable once the service has begun. This includes:
Consultations
Client intake process
Match research and vetting
Any communication or introductions initiated
We invest significant time and resources into each client's search, and therefore, no refunds will be provided after the search has started.
Date Coaching Services
For private coaching sessions:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded but may be rescheduled one time at our discretion.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
3. Workshops, Webinars & Group Programs
Refunds for group programs or workshops are available up to 7 days before the event. After that point, no refunds will be issued, but you may request to transfer your spot to a future session or gift it to a friend with written notice.
4. Digital Products
All digital products, such as astrology readings or compatibility reports, are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. If you do not receive your product within the specified time frame, please email us at hello@awmlove.com for assistance.
5. Client Removal or Misconduct
You agree to:
• Treat all individuals introduced to you with respect and courtesy.
• Not harass, stalk, or behave inappropriately toward any individual you meet through AWM Love.
• Notify us immediately of any misconduct or safety concerns.
We reserve the right to remove you from our client list at any time, without refund, for violating this policy.
6. Confidentiality
To request a refund or credit (when applicable), please email hello@awmlove.com with:

Date of purchase
Reason for your request
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
